ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is implementing several projects in Lebanon and is inviting suppliers of products and services to submit offers for the following call for tender:

A mandatory information session will be organized on 24/06/2019 (10:00 AM) at ACTED Office, Echmoun Bldg, 8th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut. Attendance to this session must be confirmed by email to ACTED before 21/06/2019 by 04:00 PM at the following addresses lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc: tender@acted.org.

 

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

All bids must be submitted no later than 08/07/2019 (July 8th, 2019) at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to lebanon.tender@acted.org, cc: tender@acted.org. Late bids will automatically be rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on the 9th of July 2019 at 14:00 in the ACTED representative office in Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the ACTED representative office in Lebanon not later than the 4th of July 2019 at 17:00 (local Lebanese time) by E-mail at lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc: tender@acted.org.
