ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Building resilience in most-affected communities in Iraq” under DFATTD/GAC funding is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for each lot for the following:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

ACTED representative office in Erbil, IRAQ (6th street, Khabat street) on the right after Ankawa intersection, 1st street on the right, House #: 240/1/467 Hadiyab quarter, Ainkawa, Erbil, Iraq).

 

Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders” and on NCCI website at  https://www.ncciraq.org/en/ under the section “Bids and tenders”.

 

All bids must be submitted prior to 08/10/2019 at 14:00 (local time) by sealed envelope to the offices of ACTED at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail iraq.tender@acted.org Cc tender@acted.org. Late orders will be rejected automatically.

 

A tender opening session will take place on 13th of October at 16.00 (local time) in the ACTED representative office mentioned below. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
