ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) in Nigeria, implementing the project “Rapid Response Emergency Shelter and Non-Food Item support for New Arrivals in MMC” under SHELTERBOX funding is inviting vendors to supply Non Food Items (NFI) to submit offers for each batch for the following 980 NFI kits in Maiduguri” ready to move”.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

All bids must be submitted on or before the 28Th  Aug 2019 at 1730 hrs at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at nigeria.tender@acted.org, CC tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED Nigeria will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on the 29Th Aug 2019 at 1430h in the ACTED representative office in Maiduguri ACTED office. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
