INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED Tunisia/Libya, implementing the project “Project for Community Development in Libya under Mixed Migratory Movement Context” under MAEDI funding is inviting suppliers of media company services to submit offers for each batch for the following services:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED and IAPG websites regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted before on 20/07/2018 at 5:00PM at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope with the mention: “T/14CTN/99M/ACP/TUN/06-07-2018 – NOT to be opened before 21/07/2018” or by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 23/07/2018 at 11:00AM in the ACTED representative office in Tunis: Rue du Corail, Bloc A, App A1-1, Les Berges du Lac 2, Tunis. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
