Since 2015, the Lac Province in western Chad has been plunged into a humanitarian crisis aggravated by the escalation of armed conflicts.
With ECHO support, a consortium of NGOs (ACF, Acted, INTERSOS, and SOS SAHEL) in partnership with the CNARR (National Commission for the Reception and Reintegration of Refugees and Returnees), plans to assist 13,333 displaced households, that is 80,000 individuals, including 6,000 children aged 6 to 23 months, as part of a 12-month RRM (Rapid Response Mechanism).
Acted will implement activities related to food security, screening, referral of cases of malnutrition and CCCM (Camp Coordination and Camp Management).
