The proposal aims to support 152 crisis-affected women through tailored Cash for Work opportunities, prioritizing vulnerable groups such as migrants and persons with disabilities. In addition to income, participants will receive financial literacy, employment, communication, and technical training to build lasting skills. Forty female-headed MSMEs in agriculture and essential goods will receive grants or technical support to sustain employment, with an emphasis on green cost-reduction solutions. MSMEs will also benefit from computer literacy and financial access training. Protection services will be provided to women in targeted areas, while local women’s committees will implement community-driven social cohesion projects developed through multi-stakeholder consultations.
