NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

Tender N°: T /08/ESU/D79/TOA/COL/LOG/08. 09.2024

ACTED, in partnership with ISB, BSL, TERI and STENUM ASIA, implementing the project “PLASTICS: Promoting Long-term Approaches for a Sustainable Transformative and Inclusive circular Economy in Sri Lanka” under the  EU Switch Asia Grants program   funding and is inviting suppliers of SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM – SUPPLY AND INSTALATION, TESTING AND COMMISSONING to submit offers for the following Lot.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

• Or can be downloaded free of charge from the ACTED website at https://www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders”.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 12^th September  2024 at 10.00 am  in ACTED representative office in Colombo (No 30, Asoka Garden Colombo 04) Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All bids must be submitted on or before 24^th   September 2024 at 2.00 pm at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on  25^th   September 2024 at 14.30pm in the ACTED representative office in Colombo. The presence of the bidder’s representative is allowed.
