Lebanon is facing one of its most severe humanitarian crises in recent years.
Since 4 March 2026, renewed violence and instability have displaced more than one million people across the country, with over 3,000 individuals killed and over 9,000 injured. Thousands have been killed or injured, entire communities have been uprooted, and hundreds of collective shelters remain overcrowded as families struggle to find safety. Working across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the South, and beyond, Acted has delivered emergency support to thousands of displaced people through an integrated, area-based response built around dignity, coordination, and immediate action.
