This 24,5-month intervention implemented by the ‘PLACE’ Consortium partners Acted, IMPACT, PiN, and NRC, will reach a total of 12,026 individuals including refugees from Ukraine and particularly vulnerable Moldovans. In response to the dispersed geographic context of refugees in Moldova, PLACE intervenes both through dedicated physical sites as well as mobile teams, in order to reach those with otherwise little or no access to basic humanitarian services. These services and assistance will include: i) mid-term accommodation solutions and winterization support; ii) comprehensive protection services including information, counselling, legal assistance, urban displacement and out of camp protection services, psychosocial support (PSS) and protection case management.
