INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR PREQUALIFICATION

ACTED, implementing the project “Reduce the impact of the conflict on refugees in Moldova & ensure access
to humanitarian assistance” under UNHCR’s funding, is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for the
following lot: community centers installation and rehabilitations for sustainable housing solutions.
Under this project, ACTED is responsible for keeping community centers across Moldova in good
condition, and need to conduct rehabilitation on a regular basis. These consist in maintenance work,
electrician maintenance work, general building maintenance work, installation of entertainment
areas, rehabilitation of kitchens and living rooms and so on.
The point of this prequalification stage is to build a pool of suppliers from which ACTED could
require quotations on a regular basis for small repairs.
The prequalification will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified
suppliers and service providers. The Application Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by
all interested applicants at the following address(es):

Potential applicants are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the
present prequalification and/or to the prequalification documents.
A prequalification information session will be organized on 26/02/2024 at 10:00 AM in ACTED representative
office in 182, 3rd floor, bd. Stefan Cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova. Participation of interested bidders in the
information session is preferable but not compulsory.
All applications must be submitted before the [04/03/2024] at [17:00] at the address(es) mentioned above
in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late applications
will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the applicants in connection with the
preparation and submission of their applications to ACTED.
