Report a fraud or an abuse

The purpose of Acted's hotline is to receive complaints of fraud and/or abuse including Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SEAH) related to Acted's programmes and operations and/or in relation to an Acted staff. The hotline is managed directly at Headquarters levels by the Acted Investigation Unit.

Acted has a zero-tolerance approach towards fraud and abuses and is committed to respecting the highest standards in terms of efficiency, responsibility and transparency in its activities (please refer to Acted Code of Conduct and organisational policies here) .

The reporting system may not be used to make false accusations against others, and altogether, deliberately untrue information may not be reported. The reporting system may not be used for grievances – for grievances (e.g. benefits, mismanagement, working conditions, etc.) refer to the relevant Acted policy (here). This system is not designed for security incidents reporting or for emergencies.
