NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is implementing several projects in Libya and is inviting suppliers of products and services to submit offers for the following lots:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

 

  • ACTED Capital Office: Immeuble Nour, Rue du Corail – Office A1-1, 1st floor,1053- Les berges du Lac 2 –Tunis
  • ACTED Libya Office: Jamal Abdulnasser St, Al Zaytoun, Benghazi, Libya

 

Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders”.

 

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

All bids must be submitted before the 04/07/2019 at 12:00 AM at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org and Cc tender@acted.org, Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place the 05/07/2019 at 10AM in the ACTED representative office in Tunisia. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
