Bidders can apply for one lot or more.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at ACTED representative office: General Şükrü Kanatlı Mah. Atatürk Cad. No: 190 Sarı Center Kat: 7, 8 31030 Antakya Hatay, TURKEY

Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders”. or the IAPG website at www.iapg.org under the section “Latest Tenders”.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 26th February, 2019 at 14:00 (local time in Turkey) in ACTED representative office in General Şükrü Kanatlı Mah. Atatürk Cad. No: 190 Sarı Center Kat: 7, 8 31030 Antakya Hatay, TURKEY.

Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at ACTED’s office on 27th   February 2019.

All bids must be submitted before on 7th March 2019 at 16:00 (local time in Turkey) by email to turkey.tender@acted.org Cc tender@acted.org and the subject of the email should be “T/16DMQ/29F/LFY/ANT/PRO/21-02-2019/01”. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 8th March 2019 at 11:00 (local time in Turkey) in the ACTED representative office in the address mentioned above. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
