NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER – ACTED JORDAN

To support the ongoing operations, ACTED is requesting, through this tender, a company to provide detailed written quotations for the construction Tools as follows:

Description : 13FFH program Three-year Audit

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.
The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from ACTED Offices in 6 Adli Center,
Floor No.4, Leila Al-Akhleyah Street, Ash-Shumaysani, Amman, Jordan, or can be downloaded from the TenderJO website at
www.tenderjo.org under the section “Call for Tenders”.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the TenderJO website at www.tenderjo.org regularly for potential modifications to
the present tender and/or the bidding documents

Bidders may request clarifications of any documents no later than 2 days prior to the end of the tender. ACTED shall endeavor to
provide responses to clarifications in a timely manner, but any delay in such response shall not cause an obligation on the part of
ACTED to extend the submission date of the bids unless decided by the ACTED procurement Unit in Jordan. For all inquiries

All bids must be submitted before 11.12.2025, at 15:00 (UTC+3 Jordan) at the address(es) mentioned above by email or in a sealed
envelope, mentioning T/13FFH/K19/AUD/AMM/TC/Audit/Grow-Economy – not to be opened before the tender opening session
date initially planned on 14.12.2025. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission
of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 14.12.2025 in the ACTED representative office in Amman. The presence of the bidders’
representative is allowed. For all inquiries regarding this tender opening, please contact the ACTED representative office by Email
