INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED, implementing the project “WASH assistance to support water governance and public water and wastewater services in Lebanon for host and refugee communities” under EU MADAD funding, is inviting suppliers of works, to submit offers for at least one or all lots for the following works:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.
The Bidding Document package (drawings, Bid Condition, technical, general specifications, etc.) (in English) should be collected free of charge by all interested bidders by sending an email to request the documents to the following email with the name of the company and the representative Lebanon.tender@acted.org cc: tender@acted.org before 30/09/2022
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
A Mandatory site visit to be conducted on 03/10/2022 at 10:00 AM, all interested bidders are requested to send an email to Lebanon.tender@acted.org, CC Tender @acted.org, expressing their interest with the name and contact information of the representatives with the subject “11EKA: Registration to attend site visit for Water pumping station on 03/10/2022” before 30/09/2022 at 5.00 PM.
All bids must be submitted before on 14/10/2022 at 05:00 PM at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to Lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 18/10/2022 at 2:00 PM in the ACTED representative office in [Atomium Tower, Bloc A, Second lower floor, Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon]. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
