Over an 18 months period, the proposed action in Qusabah and Buraat villages (Al Dali’ governorate) will strengthen community resilience by improving access to water and livelihood opportunities for small-scale farmers through an integrated FSL and WASH approach. Short-term income will be provided via Cash-for-Work for infrastructure rehabilitation, while long-term support will include polytunnel installation, agricultural training, and market access improvements. To ensure sustainability, critical water systems will be rehabilitated and managed by trained Water User Groups. 4,340 individuals (620 households) will directly benefit from the proposed intervention, including 2,135 women and 2,205 men.
