The bidders have the right to apply for one lot or more, but will be offered multiple contracts only if they prove their capacity to deliver more than one lot simultaneously.

The tender ill be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: ACTED representative office in General Şükrü Kanatlı Mah. Atatürk Cad. No:190 Sarı Center Kat: 7,8 31030 Antakya Hatay, TURKEY.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the above mentioned website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted before 14/08/2019 at 14:00 (Local time in Turkey) by E-mail at syria2.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

The tender opening session is scheduled to take place on 15/08/2019 at 15:00 local time in Amman, Jordan.  Bidders have the right to attend remotely via Skype.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
