INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER FOR THE AWARD of

Consultancy services contract

ACTED implementing the project “Improving livelihoods and food security through sustainable Natural Water Resource Management” Project funded by SDC through Helvetas, invites suppliers of services to send their offers for the award of a short term consultancy contract on “Disaster Risk Reduction / Watershed Management”.

The consultancy is aimed to support ACTED Tajikistan Syr Darya Basin, DRR watershed management interventions only in Aksu and Isfana watersheds.

Therefore, ACTED invites individual consultants or consultancy firms to submit applications for the consultancy aimed at:

A facilitation role in conducting the activities related to the DRR and Watershed Management components assist in the process of development of watershed management plan and provide technical expertise to related activities. He/she will use the existing information materials (reports, maps, statistical data, etc.) as example obtained from the Watershed assessment conducted on 2015 for the Aksu watershed.

The following professional services are expected to be provided under the scope of the project:

  1. Desk Review
  2. Isfana Watershed Assessment
  3. Capacity Building
  4. Other tasks

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

  • ACTED representative office in Dushanbe – Dostoevsky str, 7.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

All bids must be submitted before on 21.03.2019 at 18.00 (Tajikistan time) at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at tajikistan.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on 22.03.2019 at 10.00 (to be confirmed) in the ACTED representative office in Dostoevsky str., 7, Dushanbe. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
