ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Supporting conflict-affected men, women, boys and girls in Syria with both life-saving and resilience building assistance whilst also improving humanitarian information management” under OFDA funding is inviting consultants and consultancy firms to submit offers for the award of a consultancy contract:
The main objective of this final evaluation is to provide ACTED and OFDA with a review of the status, relevance and performance of the activities implemented under the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) (Sector 1) and Agriculture and Food Security (Sector 2) component of the project.
Therefore, ACTED invites individual consultants or consultancy firms to submit applications for the consultancy aimed at following deliverables

| Collection of program data for analysis | 10 Days |
| Analysis of gaps, priorities and program performance | 3 Days |
| Deliver Final Assessment Report and presentation to all relative departments | 7 Days |
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The tender documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested consultant at the following address:

All bids must be submitted before on 26/07/2018 at 17:00 local time at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at turkey.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late tender will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session for technical offers will take place on 27/07/2018 at 10:00 local time and a tender opening session for financial offers will take place on 28/07/2018 at 10:00 local at the ACTED representative office in Haraparası Mah. 119. Sok. No:20 Zehide İş Merkezi Antakya 31120 Hatay, Turkey. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
