NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is implementing several projects in Libya and is inviting suppliers of construction works to submit offers for the following call for tender:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
Field visits are possible between 11th June and 17th June 2019, accompanied by ACTED staff. Any request for field visits should be sent to libya.tender@acted.org and CC. sebha.logistics@acted.org no later than 15/06/2019 at 15:00PM. Participation of interested bidders to the field visits is preferable but not compulsory.
All bids must be submitted before the 18/06/2019 at 13:00 PM at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org and Cc tender@acted.org, Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place the 19/06/2019 at 10AM in the ACTED representative office in Tunisia (11AM Libya by video conference). The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
