INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED is implementing a project to help build the resilience of conflict affected communities in oppositions held areas and inviting suppliers of consultancy services to submit offers for the following description of services.

 

Consultancy services will include, but not limited to:

 

Lead the assessment exercise involving the project staff and other key stakeholders, including:

  • Plan the assessment design in coordination with ACTED Programme team – 1 day
  • Review the project documentation and other sources of information – 2 days
  • Plan, design, and coordinate the data collection process in Syria (Idleb and Dara) 5 days
    • GOS, SPEG, agricultural directorate, LCs’ representatives and ADRs,
    • Composition of a survey team
    • Selection of representative sample of communities or populations to be interviewed
    • Agreeing on the type of information to be collected
    • Preparation of tools for data collection
    • Facilitate learning during the data collection exercise
  • Collection of data – 10 days
  • Analysis of the data – 3 days
  • Preparation of a draft report -4 days
  • Present the preliminary findings to ACTED management staff (PowerPoint presentation) – ½ day
  • After having received feedback from the various stakeholders (incl. ACTED management staff) – finalise the report and prepare a final presentation to be used by ACTED for external use (PowerPoint presentation) – 3 days

 

Total 25 days. The evaluation is expected to start in end-July 2018.

  • Offers must be submitted no later than 17/07/2018 at 17:00 local time in two SEPARATE FILES at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelopes; or by email to tender@acted.org Cc tenders@acted.org Late offers will be automatically rejected.
  • ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

  • A tender opening session for the technical offers will take place on 18/07/2018 at 14:00 in the ACTED representative office in: Haraparası mah. 119. Sok. No:20 Zehide İş Merkezi Kat:1 Antakya/Hatay, Turkey. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.

 

  • A tender opening session for the financial offers will take place on 20/07/2018 at 14:00 in the ACTED representative office in: Haraparası mah. 119. Sok. No:20 Zehide İş Merkezi Kat:1 Antakya/Hatay, Turkey. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.

 

  • ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
