INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER T/67FJJ/J6G/IIC/10-02-2023
ACTED, implementing the project “Reduce the impact of the conflict on refugees in Moldova & ensure access to humanitarian assistance” under UNHCR’s funding, is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for at least one lots for the following community centers installation and rehabilitations:
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es): – ACTED representative office in Or. Chișinău, Str. Pushkin 45 Or can be requested by sending an email to moldova.tender@acted.org or downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
A compulsory site visit will be organized on Thursday, February 16th at 10am at Comrat community center (lot 1), and on Friday, February 17th at 10am at Causeni community center (lot 2). Each site visit will be followed by an information session where all works providers are welcome to ask any questions. Site visit is compulsory to be allowed to bid for the corresponding lot.
All bids must be submitted before March 10th, at 5pm Moldovan time at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
