ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Provision of transitional shelter, protection and multipurpose cash support to disaster-affected and returnee populations in Afghanistan” under OFDA funding is inviting suppliers to submit offers for the procurement shelter and latrines materials for Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman and Baghlan of Provinces of Afghanistan according to attached offers:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):
