ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), planning to implement the project Reducing Food Insecurity of the Most Vulnerable Populations in Conflict-Affected Areas in Eastern Ukraine under FFP funding is inviting suppliers to submit offers for each batch for the following supplies:

Lead on primary and secondary data analysis, with the support of ACTED AME and programme teams.

Tentative duration of the evaluation is 30-35 Full-Time Equivalent days.This evaluation will preferably be conducted in-person with coming to Ukraine (Kyiv and field offices in Sloviansk and Sieverodonetsk), however complete remote modality will also be considered.

 

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

 

A pre-tender information session will be organized on [12/08/2021] at [12:00] (Kyiv time) in ACTED representative office in Kiev, 10 Observatorna street via Zoom.

Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

 

All bids must be submitted before on 30/08/2021 at [18:00] (Kyiv time)  at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at ukraine.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org . Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

 

A tender opening session will take place on [31/08/2021] at [16:00] (Kyiv time)  in the ACTED representative office in Kiev, 10 Observatorna street . The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
