ACTED implementing the project “Towards Holistic Response and Recovery in Vulnerable Environments of Samburu (THRIVES)” under OFDA funding is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for each batch for the following Borehole rehabilitation:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

A non-refundable fee of Kes 2,000 will be requested from all the bidders at bid submission stage before dropping the bids in the provided “Tender box”.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED or IAPG websites regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted on 28th February 2020 at 4:00pm (Local time in Nairobi) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at kenya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Bids over 10mbs can be shared through a compressed file. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 2^nd March 2020 at 9:30am (Local time in Nairobi) in the ACTED representative office in Nairobi at Kalamu House 4^th floor, Grevillea Grove, off Brookside Drive, Westlands- Nairobi, Kenya. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
