ACTED, in partnership with Humanity and Inclusion (HI), CEFE NET, HDO and FIOH, implementing the “Integrated Economic Development of Uva and Central provinces of Sri Lanka” project under Europe Aid funding, and is inviting suppliers of consultancy services to submit offers for the following external evaluation consultancy:
