ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing a green project in Jordan-Amman and is inviting suppliers of Food-catering services to submit offers for each batch for the following description of the services:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from ACTED Offices in Allweibdeh, ahmad shawqi street building 25, Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Tender”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted before 20/01/2020 at 04:00 PM (Jordan time) at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at jordan.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
Tender information session will be held on 12/01/2020 at 10:00 AM at the ACTED Jordan office. Please send an email to jordan.tender@acted.org CC tender@acted.org to register interest in attending, ACTED Jordan will then inform you if this date changes. Attending the information session is not compulsory however It is highly encouraged.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 21/01/2020 at 10:00 AM in the ACTED representative office in Amman. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
