INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

T/ 02DIS/39VJ1/Kabul/06022019/01

 

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Building sustainable food systems in Northern and Eastern Afghanistan” under WFP funding is inviting qualified/specialized companies* to submit offers for each batch for the following pullets, tools and equipment:

 

*Any bidder which core activity is not related/specialized with the tender subject (Poultry farming) will not be considered.

 

Extension of the deadline for the tender;

The initial closing date for submission of the tender was planned for the 20th of February 2019 (as mentioned below). The deadline has been extended up to 28th February 2019 for the submission of the offers.

Within 20 days after signing of the contract – a clear delivery plan will be prepared by ACTED/program
Lot-02PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF PULLET, AND POULTRY FARM TOOL KITS FOR  SAMANGAN  PROVINCEDDP Samanagan Province (four distribution points)

 

Pullets: 1170 units

 

Farm tool kits include : 117 feed pots, 117 chicken water drinkers, 156 bags of balanced feed for layer (50kg), 39 pairs of Long rubber gloves, 39 pairs face masks, 39 packs of soaps, 39 pairs of boots, 39 bottles of vitamins, 78 packages of Ciproflaxacine Hydrochloride

 

Within 20 days after signing of the contract – a clear delivery plan will be prepared by ACTED/program
Lot-03PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF PULLET, AND POULTRY FARM TOOL KITS FOR  KUNAR, LAGHMAN AND NANGARHAR  PROVINCESDDP Kunar Province (eight distribution points)

DDP Laghman Province (seven distribution points)

DDP Nangarhar Province (thirteen distribution points)

 

Pullets: 13 320 units

 

Farm tool kits include : 1332 feed pots, 1332 chicken water drinkers, 1176 bags of balanced feed for layer (50kg), 444 Long rubber gloves, 444 face masks, 444 packs of soaps, 444 pairs of boots, 444 bottles of vitamins, 888 packages of Ciproflaxacine Hydrochloride

 

Within 20 days after signing of the contract – a clear delivery plan will be prepared by ACTED/program

 

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified companies. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge during working hours (Sunday to Thursday from 9AM till 4PM) by all interested bidders at the following address(es):
