ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers and service providers to submit their bid offer to be considered under Framework contract for the following items for the year 2018-2019.

The call for tender will be for the signature of framework agreement valid for 12 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required.
This call for tenders will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

All bids must be submitted no later than 17/01/2019 (17th January, 2019) at 5:00 PM (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org Late bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 18-01-2019 at 10.30 AM in the ACTED representative office in 8th floor, Eshmoun Bldg, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
