ACTED, implementing the project “Access to water for Agriculture and Livelihoods for women in Monaragala District in Sri Lanka” under Coca-Cola Foundation funding, is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for the following tank rehabilitation:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED’s standard bidding documents, open to all qualified works providers (C6 and C5 with irrigation experience). The Bidding Documents in English may be collected for a charge of 1,500 LKR per set of bid documents for all interested bidders at the following addresses:

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult ACTED’s website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
A Site visit and pre-tender information session will be organized on 27/12/2018 at 10.30 AM in the Community hall, Halkathiya, Katharagama, Monaragala. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.
All bids must be submitted before 16/01/2019 at 2PM at the following address in a sealed envelope: ACTED Colombo, No.24, Rajasinghe Mawatha, Colombo-06, Sri Lanka or by e-mail at srilanka.tender@acted.org, Cc tenders@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bid to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 16/01/2019 at 2.30 PM at ACTED’s Colombo office. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
