INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER – Advertisement T/14/FWA/Health Insurance/Libya/24/11/2020
ACTED Tunisia / Libya (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) implementing several of its projects funded by different donors across Tunisia, invites service providers to submit their offers for the signature of a one (1) year framework contract for the Health insurance for ACTED national employees and dependents, as follows:
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be downloaded free of charge by all interested bidders at the following website: Jamaity website at http://jamaity.org/
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the Jamaity website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted before on December 8th, 2020 at 02:00 P.M. Libya local time by E-mail at libya.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on December 9th, 2020 at 02:00 P.M. Libya local time in the ACTED representative office in Tunis. The presence of bidders’ representative is not allowed due to the sanitary context (COVID 19).
