Fonds Humanitaire

The RCA Common Humanitarian Fund, whose current name is Fonds Humanitaire Commun RCA (FH RCA), was created in July 2008. It is a multi-donor humanitarian funding mechanism managed by OCHA CAR under the responsibility and leadership of the Humanitarian Coordinator (HC).
