ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), an NGO implementing several projects in Iraq, is inviting consultants to submit offers for the following.

Type of Assignment	Consultancy
Position	Capacity Building Project Consultant
Duration	6-month full-time consultancy service contract
Work place	Based in Dohuk, Iraq (mobile in areas of intervention of the project)
Timeline and Contract Duration	Estimated at 6 months, to be finalized and agreed upon with the selected consultant.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:
