ACTED, supporting conflict-affected communities in Syria with live-saving and early-recovery assistance, is inviting contractors of services to submit offers for each item for External Evaluation of Project 16DFI.
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders by downloading from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders” or on IAPG website www.iapg.org.uk/ under the section “Latest tenders”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED and IAPG websites regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
A pre-tender information session will be organized on 30th December at 15:00 local time (GMT +2) in Amman, at address Bank Alahli Building, Entrance 238 C, Arar St, Wadi Saqra, Amman, Jordan with the opportunity to participate remotely through video link. Interested parties are required to email turkey.tender@acted.org to signal intention to attend the session, no later than 28th December 2019. A summary of the information session will be available upon request after 1st January 2020.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 15/01/2020 at 11:00 in the ACTED representative office in Turkey. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed but is not required.
