ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), an NGO implementing several projects in Iraq, is inviting bidders to submit offers for the following lots for the award of framework agreement (FA) with duration of one year:

Bidders can provide offers only for one lot or more.
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: ACTED representative office in Dohuk: Golvin 67 St. Malta Islam Quarter – Dohuk 3rd Street from Malta Hill Traffic Light to Down Town.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
A tender information session will be organized on 04/03/2019 (04th March 2019) at 16:00 (Iraq time) in ACTED representative office in Dohuk in the address mentioned above. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.
All bids must be submitted before on 18/03/2019 (18th March 2019) at 16:00 (Iraq time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at iraq.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place between 19/03/2019 (19th of March 2019) and 20/03/2019 (20th of March 2019) at 16:00 (Iraq time) in the ACTED representative office in Dohuk in the address mentioned above. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
