The proposed 13-months action will contribute to restore production of food security crops for targeted smallholder farmer by providing 20 days of paid work on the cash for work, establishing, identification of infrastructure works, community-based drought early warning system in order to support farmers to improve their food security. The cash will be distributed by financial service provider and each beneficiary will receive 100 US (5 USD for 20 days) in one round only.
