The U-LEARN consortium will operate for 3 years and conduct a third party monitoring of the BRAER partners funded by DFID. The IMPACT component will entail research and desk review as well as a field-level data collection throughout all settlements in Uganda. The beneficiaries of the project will be DFID-funded organizations as well as the population they are accountable for. The project includes a learning component led by the Response Innovation Lab (SCI) and an AAP element led by IRC.
