The U-LEARN consortium will operate for 3 years and will carry out third party monitoring of DFID-funded BRAER partners. The IMPACT component will include research and desk review and field data collection in all localities in Uganda. The beneficiaries of the project will be DFID-funded organizations and the population for which they are responsible. The project includes a learning component led by the Response Innovation Lab (SCI) and an AAP component led by IRC.
