Sustaining Essential Services Delivery Project (Support for Afghan People)

The proposed 9-months action will contribute to mitigate the adverse impacts of the crisis on the vulnerable smallholder farming HHs and address food shortages caused by the supply chain disruption in acutely food insecure districts of Baghlan province. As such, ACTED will provide support to sustain local staple food production and supply chains through short term provision of essential agricultural inputs to 14,587 households (wheat seeds, fertilizers [DAP and urea], vegetable cultivation kits, livestock feeds, poultry kits and small farming tools) and provision of technical training to beneficiaries.
