With Somalia having the fourth largest IDP crisis and projected 181, 000 people who will be in IPC phase 2 in Somaliland by June 2020, ACTED plans to intervene through a 1- year CCCM program in Burao and Buhodle districts of Somaliland. ACTED will target 92,128 individual vulnerable IDPs in the selected sites, with site maintenance, CCCM coordination, GBV and solar lighting programs in the two regions. This intervention will also build the capacity of humanitarian actors and local authorities in the area through trainings and site needs and gaps assessments.
