The proposed project by ACTED, will provide Site Management Support (SMS) to an estimated 160,275 Rohingya refugees in five camps within the Kutupalong-Balukhali Expansion Site in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. In addition, ACTED will support 225,089 refugees with community-based protection activities in six camps, and Transit Center to supporting community structures. ACTED will continue to collaborate closely with both UNHCR and Camp-in-Charges (CiC) to prioritize the Rohingya refugee population’s safe and equal access to camp facilities and services through full site management support functions, including strengthened coordination, monitoring, community participation and community representation support, emergency preparedness and response.
