This 9-month project is a continuation of PREC II. The project has two components: the first aims at the socio-economic reintegration of ex-combatants in the Vakaga prefecture through vocational training, the setting up of income-generating activities and the monitoring of these IGAs. The second aims to provide support to host communities through the creation of a community council and associative vocational training for 300 vulnerable/at-risk youth in Birao. Psycho-educational, cultural integration and recreational activities will also be implemented during the project.
