Libya Inclusive Economic Opportunities
December 2020
October 2021

The overall objective of this 23-month intervention is to promote better cooperation between civil society actors and local authorities to address local needs with improved service delivery. In particular, the project aims at building the capacity of civil society actors and support the implementation of projects at the local level. As such, ACTED will provide technical training and grants to 48 CSOs in 24 target municipalities. The local projects focus on the promotion of inclusion of vulnerable groups, addressing COVID-19 response needs, and supporting income-generating activities. Moreover, ACTED will provide dialogue spaces among CSOs and between CSOs and municipalities.
