To achieve this objective, ACTED will restore livelihood opportunities and food autonomy in Kurmuk through cash-based assistance to vulnerable households and micros, small and medium agricultural enterprises. In Wad al Mahi, ACTED will improve the nutritional status of vulnerable households through monthly distribution of nutritious food supplements, trainings on prevention and management of malnutrition, and set up of cooking demonstrations and kitchen gardens.
