This 1-year project will target IDPs, returnees and vulnerable community members in Benghazi. The project aims to improve the humanitarian response to vulnerable conflict-affected population and enhance community resilience in Eastern Libya. Through this intervention, beneficiaries with specific vulnerabilities and protection needs will have increased access to safe and dignified protection services. In total, 600 vulnerable households in the East of Libya will be identified through household visits and the helpline, and 500 households will receive targeted assistance through referrals and the Cash for Protection fund.
