During this 6 months and 17 days intervention, ACTED, IMPACT, and R2P will work in close collaboration with beneficiaries in locations that have either not yet experienced large-scale, direct conflict, or where Russian troops have been repelled – to improve the readiness of local authorities, civil protection actors, first responders, social service providers, and community members to respond effectively to conflict-related emergencies though targeted capacity building, planning, coordination, and communication activities, supported by material investments.
