A 4-month project to capitalize upon learning from the locally-led coordination mechanism applied during the earthquake response in AJK 2019 to model a localized coordination mechanism for small and medium-scale disaster in Pakistan. The applied locally-led coordination mechanism is documented, assessed and disseminated. Stakeholders, involved in coordination have further opportunity to reflect on learning and build stronger interaction.
