The project consists of a diagnosis of local opportunities and potentialities in the intervention zone of the local development support programme in Bangui and western CAR. More specifically, the aim is to identify, quantify and contextualize recommendations in the areas of agriculture and livestock, infrastructure to support agri-food and commercial practices, vocational training and financial services.
