Uganda Humanitarian Action
February 2021
July 2021

To support the PROSPECT program in East Africa, IMPACT will assist the ILO by coordinating four country studies, namely Kenya, Uganda, Sudan, and Ethiopia, to ensure comparability and consistency of data and increase programmatic learning across countries. IMPACT will coordinate with ILO country missions, ILO headquarters, and data collection consultants to ensure the effective design and implementation of baseline assessments of national policies, legislative and regulatory frameworks, and practices in the four implementing countries. The main objective of IMPACT is to ensure the development of a robust global methodology, its adaptation to the specific context of each country, its effective implementation at the national level, and the synthesis of results to produce a multi-country overview.
