Restoring access to safe and quality education and supporting evidence-based and coordinated humanitarian assistance in Libya

Libya Humanitarian Action
April 2020
March 2021

This 1-year project aims to restore access of boys and girls to quality education and a protective learning environment, within a context of coordinated and evidence-based humanitarian assistance in Libya. It will do so through capacity-building of teachers, catch-up classes, PSS and recreational activities for conflict-affected boys and girls, community awareness-raising sessions, and the rehabilitation of damaged schools in Derna. REACH will ensure that critical information on the humanitarian situation is provided through an MSNA, rapid assessments and technical support to sector-led assessments. INGO coordination, representation, and advocacy efforts will be strengthened through support to the Libya INGO Forum (LIF).
